China Rapid Prototyping of Layered Object Manufacturing
Laminated object manufacturing (LOM) is a method of 3D printing China rapid prototyping. During the process, layers of plastic or paper are laminated or fused together using heat and pressure, and then cut into the desired shape with a computer-controlled laser or blade. The technique is moderately fast since it builds a layer quickly and the layers are fairly thick.
While LOM is not the most popular method of 3D printing China rapid prototyping used today, it is still one of the fastest and most affordable ways to create 3D prototypes. Laminated Object Manufacture (LOM) cuts the component slices from thin layers of material using a CO2 laser mounted on a 2D plotter. The system most commonly uses sheets of paper stacked on top of another automatically and bonded together using an adhesive. The parts of the sheet outside the model provide support. These unwanted areas are marked with intersecting lines, which forms cubes that can be broken away from the model once complete. So complicated parts can not be manufactured.
Rison Prototype Co.,Ltd was found in 2008, the leading rapid prototypes manufacturer in China, aimed at supplying high quality prototypes for global customers, for concepts publishing and mechanical verification purpose.
