Q: How to get a quote?
A: Send data by e-mail or use online quote system to submit your RFQ, our engineer will provide quotation in 8 hours(except holidays).
Q: How to rise a PO with us?
A: Just need to sign on formal quotation, and send back scan file to us, then a PO is released and work starts.
Q: What is your lead time?
A: Normally small projects 2-5 days, medium projects 5-10 days, big projects 10-15 days. DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT will take about 2-3 days to reach you.
Q: What information do you need for a quote?
A: We need 3D data or detailed 2D drawings, material of each part, required quantity, final finishing request...The file formats we can handle include: STEP, IGS, X_T, PRT, SLDPRT, STL, DWG, PDF etc.
Q: What material do you often use?
A: ABS, PC, PP, POM, PA, PMMA, PU, Aluminum, Stainless steel. You can check out our material selection in Help.
Q: How to choose the right process for my prototypes?
A: It depends on your part design, functional intent, and material thickness. In general, larger parts or trade show models should use CNC Machining; very thin parts should use SLS or SLA Processes. Our engineer will guide you to select the right solution for your prototype, according to your requests and buget.
Q: What is your tolerance?
A: General tolerance is +/-0.1mm. We can achieve +/-0.05mm or even higher tolerance if needed. For precision machining parts, we can provide full inspection report.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We request 100% payment upfront for new customer; After 5 orders, you can paid after receiving prototypes; 30 days credit would be offered if the total turnover amounted to US$20000(not include molds). Mold payment term, 50% down payment, 50%-before shipping.
Q: How do you describe a preferred customer?
A: Prompt response, good communication, payment on time.
