How to get high-quality prototypes?

1, we should choice good material for prototypes, black is better in general, as they are imported, good material is strong, wear-resisting and better mechanical properties, so chosing the right material the first step.

2.after CNC machining completed, we should have to inspect the whole part, ensure uniform polishing and all details to be dealt carefully, it would take some time, but good things is always time-consuming.

3, we should choice the right split line to glue the prototypes, some larger or complex parts need to process separately, choice a good gluing plan is very important(like electronics rapid prototypes), ensure the gluing section is smooth and flat enough, then the glued part would be good looking(split lines hidden)and very strong, increasing the touch area of gluing as possible as we can.

4, surface treatment is very important too, color match and texture should be finished once, or it cann't be used if rework, and you will miss the deliver date.

5, Package and shipping is the last, don't pack it before paint dry, as it would damage the perfect surface, we often need to fill cartons with soft foam to protect prototypes, sometimes we need to book wooden box for some heavy and precision CNC machined metal part that would travel thousands miles.

Detail is hard to find, but it determine success or not.
