Inquiry of China Rapid Prototyping Parts in Aug 2019
In August 2019, we got some inquiries of China Rapid Prototypes from clients. They are looking for ABS and PC rapid prototypes. What rapid prototypes do you need? You are welcome to contact us!
1. Quantity: 1000
Inquiry: I want to build a complete refrigerator which will include all plastic, sheet metal parts. Please let me know about your details
2. Quantity: 100
Material: ABS
Inquiry: We are looking for operating prototypes (10+) for use in animals or in a clinic setting which will be used to conduct experiments, after which we would want to to begin sale (500+ in year one, hoping for 2000-5000+ in the US/EU after modifications for government requirements). The exterior finish should be cleanable plastic or painted metal, and the internal pipes and valves reliable and cleanable with an alcohol or similar (bleach) solution- we are OK with silicone tubing, PVC or stainless steel. We are open to your suggestions for medical grade connectors to connect the port to a catheter handle. The pump section should also be in a separate internal compartment than the electronics housing. Because the fluid is used to apply pressure into a balloon inside a patient, we are interested in fluid pressure and flow safeguards to reduce any potential issues with the patient incase there are unanticipated leak issues.

Inquiry: Hi, I wanted to enquire about rapid injection moulding for our project. I’ve attached some CAD and a pdf to show the parts. The CAD is a little rough, at this stage it would be great to understand any obvious DFM issues and get an idea of ball-park costs before we finalise the design. rnrnWe have 3 small plastic components to produce. They are components for a mini pen that works with our drawing machine Joto. Our current components are made from a PC/ABS plastic so something similar should work well. Colours - Body&Tip - black, Cap - White. In terms of quantity we are looking to make approximately 2000pcs and if possible an initial batch of 100pcs. Let me know if there’s anything else you need.
