Extrusion Principle

Extrusion Molding is suitable for long product which has single section, hot-melted high molecular polymer is pressured to go through specific section of extrusion molds, forming a unlimited long product which own specific profile, after cooling in water then cut to required length.

Rison prototype owned 2 extrusion production lines, with the capacity of producing plastic extrusion part and aluminum extrusion part, meet customer's needs of rapid prototyping and low volume production.  The most common material used in extruding are ABS(clear or not), PC(clear or not), PVC(ShoreA 45-110), PE(translucence), Rubber(ShoreA 40-80), PA6, PA66, PA11, POM Acrylic, Aluminum, Brass etc.  Extrusion products are widely used in building materials, LED light cover, cooling equipment, train interior.
