Description : This is a CNC machined precision mechanical prototype, made of black Nylon 6/6 with polishing, which cann't be glued, so we machined it in whole piece then measure the dimensions, as required tolerance is +/-0.02mm for key position, it needs enough strength during mechanical tests, it takes about 10 hours to complete 6 surfaces machining.
