Description : This is a overmold brush roller prototype for underwater robot, that is used to clean the pool ground, the central roller is made of Delrin by CNC machining, then overmold with Shore A75 silicone rubber by vacuum casting, this prototype is use to test the hardness of the bristle, and then adjust the hardness during production.
